We welcome new students and their families to Snowflake Unified School District. If you have just moved to the area and need to register your child for school, or if you have a child entering kindergarten, we would love to meet with you. When you come to your child’s school to register, please make sure to bring the following documents with you:

• Original Birth Certificate

• Proof of Immunizations

• Proof of Residency (utility bill)

• Records from previous school (if transferring)

Immunizations
We strictly uphold Arizona law, which requires that all children entering school must be immunized. SUSD #5 requires current immunization records for all students upon registration. Please see the documents below for more information regarding immunization policies and schedules.
