With the variety of programs and extracurricular activities offered at SHS, we find it vital to keep our community posted on the successes of our students and other happenings that go on throughout the school year. State Testing Schedule
Testing season is here. See below for testing dates and information for high school students. Buses will run on a normal schedule during all testing late start dates. Students who ride the bus and are not testing will go to the auditorium until school starts
March 30: AZ science test for juniors; 2-hour late start for seniors, sophomores, and freshmen
April 6: AZ writing test for sophomores, ACT Aspire for freshmen; 2-hour late start for seniors and juniors
April 13: AZ reading test for sophomores, ASVAB for juniors; 1.5-hour late start for seniors and freshmen
April 14: AZ reading test for sophomores, ACT Aspire for freshmen; 1.5-hour late start for seniors and juniors
April 20: AZ math test for sophomores, ACT Aspire for freshmen; 2-hour late start for seniors and juniors
April 21: AZ math test for sophomores; 2-hour late start for seniors, juniors, and freshmen
Snowflake YouTube Channel
We are excited to announce our new YouTube channel! We will use this channel to stream all live school events and activities. When you visit our YouTube channel, please make sure you select the subscribe button on the top right side of the screen. This will add the channel to your subscriptions for easy access. Once we have 1,000 subscribers, it will help us in the streaming process. We've also added a link with our other social media icons in the header of the website and on our Facebook page. Grab and Go Meals Students and Community
Along with free meals offered to all students, we are also providing free meals to the community. We will offer the meals at the Taylor Intermediate bus drop off area. Please see our grab and go meals flyer for more information.
