Baccalaureate is a long-standing SHS tradition — a student-led, non-denominational ceremony held the Sunday before graduation in the Lobo Auditorium. Planned by the Senior Class Officers, it features uplifting messages, scripture readings, inspirational poems, music by the Madrigals, and a guest speaker chosen by the seniors. Attendance is optional, but it offers seniors and families a meaningful way to reflect, take photos in caps and gowns, and make lasting memories in a relaxed, intimate setting before graduation.
